Returns and Exchanges

Due to the specialised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, installed, or customised, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Products that are generally non-returnable include (but are not limited to):

• Self-inflating flood sandbags
• Aluminium flood barriers
• Items requiring installation or custom fitting

Please consult with our customer services if necessary and choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos and proof of purchase to assess the issue. If a product failure is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a product fails to meet consumer guarantees.
